Reminders !

By setting a reminder for a document, the document gets an age so to speak.

When this reminddate arrives, certain people will be notified of this, so that necessary actions can be taken regarding the update of the document.

Moreover, the system allows different (types of) reminders to be defined and it is possible to easily schedule recurring reminders.
